DASH Sports helps make sports fun to play, and also on developing a love of sport at an early age. DASH will help build the fundamental skills for various sports, and teach the proper movements for running, jumping, throwing, catching, passing, shooting, etc. DASH Sports will lay the foundation for success in various sports, such as basketball, baseball, soccer, floor hockey, tennis, golf, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, dodgeball, and football. The Parent & Tot program is specifically designed for children aged 2-3, and provides kids with a unique opportunity to learn the basic rules and fundamental skills of a variety of sports. What makes this program so unique is that the parents participate in each activity with their children, and help guide their children through each exercise. The Parent & Tot program is perfect for any 2-3 year old who is brand new to sports or has never been left alone in a class-type of setting before. This program is always a lot of fun for both the kids and the parents!
