Format/Description: Build endurance, co-ordination and core strength with our new boxing program with JTI Boxing in Oakville. Utilizing the sport of boxing to get you I shape, you’ll learn boxing fundamentals, get in shape and relieve stress (punching stuff) all at the same time! A certified Boxing Coach will lead our group through a series of boxing combinations and extracurricular exercises in a fun but challenging class each week.
Itinerary: Classes will follow the same structure of; warm up, boxing training, cool down/abs.
Class Length: All classes will be 1-hour in length
Length of Season: This Season will consist of 8 classes (1 per week for 8 weeks)
Exclusion Dates: No exclusion dates
Skill/Experience Level: Participants may be at any fitness level, from beginner to experienced, and anywhere in between
Coaches: Every class will be led by 1 - 2 certified boxing instructors
Equipment: Participants should come in work-out clothes and appropriate footwear. Boxing gloves ($50) and hand wraps ($10) are included in the program fee. If any participants already have gloves and/or wraps, those fees can be refunded after the registration fee has been paid in full. Other: All registration fees are subject to HST. Your spot is not guaranteed until you have paid in full
There are no refunds after the registration deadline.
Convenience fee on credit card payments: There will be a convenience fee of 2% on the total payment (Fee + HST + equipment deposit) charged to all credit card payments. If you prefer to avoid this charge, e-Transfer, cash and cheque payments are not subject to this fee. When requesting a refund (subject to our refund policy), the convenience fee will not be refunded (as it is not refunded by the credit card processor company on our end).
