League Notes:

We are excited to be back to playing! As we are currently in Stage 3 of Ontario's re-opening, games are allowed to take place. Please note the following:


Special Notes Due to the Pandemic:

  • The exact start and end dates may have to be changed based on venue re-openings and availability
  • Some aspects before, after or during the game may have to be augmented to comply with provincial restrictions as they continue to change
  • If, for whatever reason, the season does not happen at all, all registrations will be refunded in full
  • If the season cannot be finished due to restrictions changing after starting the season, and the season has not reached the halfway point, all registrations will be given a prorated refund
  • If the season cannot be finished due to restrictions changing after starting the season, and the season has reached the halfway point, all registrations will be given a prorated credit  
  • All players will have to be on the roster before playing (which is always the rule but it will be strictly enforced for the purpose of contact tracing)
  • Players will have to wear face coverings inside on the way in and the way out (but not while playing)


Standard League Notes:

  • Format: This league is a great way to try several sports without having to commit to one for the whole season. There will be a different sport played each week
  • Sports: We'll play mostly outdoor Turf Sports like Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer, Handball, and Flag Football, and we'll throw in a few fun surprises!
  • Game Length: All games are 60 minutes in length
  • Gender Requirements: This is a co-ed league, and each sport will have different gender requirements
  • Length of Season: This Season is 6 weeks long (4 weeks of regular season)
  • Playoffs: Every team is guaranteed 2 weeks of playoffs, with the top 4 teams playing for the championship
  • Exclusion Dates: October 12 (Thanksgiving)
  • Skill Level: Teams are expected to be at a Recreational skill level
  • Jerseys: Teams are not required to have team jerseys, but we recommend teams wear matching shirts
  • Officials: Every game will be monitored by a league rep, teams should be prepared to self-officiate their games.

  • Equipment: Equipment will be provided by the league each week for each sport
  • Other: All registration fees are subject to HST. Your spot is not guaranteed until you have paid in full

There are no refunds after the registration deadline.

Location Notes:

  • Games will most likely take place on the Turf Field at Orchard Park (Pathfinder Drive & Dryden Avenue, Burlington). Other venues may be used when necessary
