League Notes:
This is a recreational leagueDom Pro plastic sticks will be used (just like in grade 9 gym class) Games are played 4-on-4 (including the goalie)The season is 8 weeks long (1 game per week)...6 weeks of regular season and 2 weeks of playoffs (all teams get 2 weeks of play even if they are not playing for the championship)Games are 55 minutes longGames are self-officiated, but will be supervisedThis is not a league for aggressive playersSticks, goalie helmets and goalie stick will be supplied (goalies should bring glove/blocker - goalie pads not allowed, but goalies may wear shin pads or volleyball style knee pads. Goalies must wear pants or hockey socks if wearing shin pads so the hard plastic doesn't scratch the gym floor)
Location Notes:
- Most games will be played in Burlington with some games in Oakville
